WHEREAS, The City Pl-nnXng Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Ana3aeim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
1800 West Lincoln~ on the south side of said street between Euclid and Brookhurst.
Applicant - CUnningham Co., 500 So. Walnut St., Anaheim, California.
WNEP~EAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on February 17, 1958, NOTICES of which said
~blic Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the AN~/tEIM
.:UNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf 8ud after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at saidHesring, does find and determine the following facts:
1. These are the first signs requested for this tract.
2. Other variances have been granted forltract signs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~{ESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0~ISSION
