A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OFANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. o20
WHEREAS, The City Plnnning Comm%Ssion of the City of Anaheim has received
a Vsrified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Tract No. 1812 as per map recorded in Book 101, Pages 25, 25 and 26 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County.
Applicant - Louis Laramore (Owner), P.O. Box 553, Whittier, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City PlAnning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on February 17, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after z : ~ideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find ,~rmine the following facts:
1. The applicant requested the waiving , ~eed restriction of Lots 82 through
90 of Tract 1812, zo permit two-stor/ c~.~s:zuction.
2. The two-story construction will only "c over the garage portions of the struc-
tures.
3. That granting of the Variance should not b£ detrimental to other property in th~
area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANA~IEIM CITY PINNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANC~ NO. 920, WAIVING ON1~ DEED P~STRICTION TO ALLOW TWO-STORY
CONSTRUCTION ON LOTS 82 thru 90 OF TRACT 1812, SUBJECT TO 1~ ~RI~CTION OP THE BUILD
INGS IN CONPOR~4ITY WITH THE PLANS PPd~SENT~D.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 17th day of
February, 1958.
