GR;uNT1NG VARIANCE NO, 928.
WHEREAS, The CltyP]mnnlng Comaission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
All that certain re~l property situated in the County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described as follows: The Westerly 180 feet of the Southerly 290 feet
of the West half of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 22,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
Applicant: Mildred V., Annaclaire Mauerhan, Grace Taylor, 920 W. Wilhelmina,
Anaheim, Calif.
WHF~LEAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall inthe City orAng, helm, on March 3, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearingwere duly gxven as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
W~EREAS, Said Commission, after :due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hesming, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This use is in keeping with the uses pe~itted in the Disneyland ares. and
proposed for the Commercial-Rec.~ea~ional areas on the preliminary General Plan.
2. The granting of the Variance fo~ the proposed Motel use ~ould not be detri-
mental to other properties in the area. ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 'THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING .COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 928, PeR]Q% 32 UNIT ~iOT~L AND SWIMMING POOL, SU.R. JECT TO:
1. Erection of the' building in conformity with the plans presented, excep~ that
a minimum 20 foot front yard and a 5' foot side yard and rear yard setback
be required.
2. Engineering requirements, including dedicatio~ and complete improvements of
the required R-O-W (Right-of-Way) within a 90;day time limit. Said Right-
of-Way to be 60 feet measured from the centerline of Katella Ave.
