WHEREAS, The City Plaguing Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s] of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of A~aheim, County cf Orange, State of California, described as follows:
2148 West Lincoln kvenue, and further described as lying near the southeast corner
of Lincoln and Brookhurst St.
Applicant - Guido P. Battistone, 12061 Norma Lane, Garden Grove, Calif.
Owner - ~aul Knaak.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing a% the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 3, 1958, NOTICES of which said
PublicHearing were duly given as required by law and th~ provisions of the ANANEIM
~%KrNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection~ investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine %he following fac%s:
1. There are other signs in the area of the type proposed.
2. The granting of the Variance should not be detrimental to other properties
.in the area.
