PC 1957-1958-199 ~__~.UTION NO- 199 - SERIES 1957-$' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAREIM GR~ING VARIA~NCE NO, 923, WHEREAS, The City Plmmning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of :Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: See attached sheet. Applicant - Stanley Orr, 2150 Harbor Blvd., Anaheim, Cai:if. WNF~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public He-ring at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March $, 1958, NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM ~rNICIPA~ CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, afterdue inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and 'in its behalf andafter due'consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The subject property is located at the southern extremity of the commmrcial- redreational area proposed on the pre].iminary General Plan, and since the proposals are general as to the definitmon of their boundaries the proposed trailer sales lot is not in conflict with the preliminary General Plant 2. The proposed trailer sales !ct is located in front of an exis%ing::trailerpark. 3.The granting of the Variance shuuld not be detrimental to other properties in thearea. Engineering requirements, including the dedication and complete improvemen= of the required Righ=-of-way, within a 90 day time limit; said Right-of-way to be b0 feet, measured from the centerline of Harbor Boulevard. 3.AT1 buildings and tz~Tlers shall be scm back a minimum of 50 feet from the proper~y line on Harbor Boulevard.
