WMEi~S, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: See attached sheet. Applicant - Ralph Petreny, 8822 Garden Grove Blvd, Garden Grove, Calif. WHF~S, The City Planning Commission did hold aPublicHearing at the City Hail in the City of Anaheim, on March 3, 1958, NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM NUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said CommiSsion, after due inspection, investigationand studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence .~ud reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The subject property is in the proposed Commercial-Recreational area and the motel is in keeping with the uses in the proposed C-R Zone. 2. The granting of the Variance should not be detrimental to other properties in the area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PINNING CONNIS$ION HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 924 FOR A 30 UNIT MOTEL, SUB3HCT TO: 1. Erection of the buildings and development of the site in conformity with the plans presented, except that a minimum 20 foot front yard and 5 foot side yar~ setback be required. 2. Engineering requirements,-in~cl~uding dedication and complete improvemen= of the required Right-of-way, within~ 90 day time limit; said Right-of-way shall be 60 feet, measured from the ce'nterline of Katella Avenue. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day of March, 1958.
