PC 1957-1958-201 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY.PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0FANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANC~ NO, 925, WHEREAS, The City Pl~ning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: See attached sheet Applicant - Leroy G. Brackman, 1430 College Ave., Apt. E, Santa Ana, Calif. WHEREAS, The City Pl~nming Commission did hold aP ublic Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 3, 1958, NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence:and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The subject property is in the proposed Commercial-Recreational arca and the motel is in keeping with the uses in the proposed C-R Zone. 2. The granting of the Variance should not be detrimental to other properties in the area. NOW, THE~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY GRANTS V;~IANCB NO. 925 POR A 15 UNIT MOT~L, SUBJECT TO: 1. Erection of the buildings and development of the site in conformity with the plans presented. 2..Engineering requirements including dedication and complete improvement of the required Right-Of-wayw~mhin a 90 day time limit; said Right-of-way shall be 60 feet measured from the centeriine of Har~or Bl-el. 3. Ail buildings set back a minimum of 50 feet from the property line on Harbor Blvd. THE FOREGOINGRESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day of March, 1958.
