GP~TING VARIANCE NO. 926.
WHEREAS, The City PlAnning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in %he City of A~aheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of the SB~ of Section 22, T4S, R10W~, ~n thc Rancho SEn Juan Cajon de
Santa Ama, in the county of Orange, state of California, as per map recorded in book
51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of =he county recorder of said count).,
described as follows: Beginning au the SW corner of said SE~A, thence North 675.00Y
along the W line of said SE~; thence 2 575.51: parallel with the south line of said
SE~; thence S 0o 10:30'' East, 675.11: ~o thc S line of said SE-~; thence west to the
point o£ beginning. EXCEPT the N 1SS.00' thereof, measured along the west line of
said SE~i. ALSO'EJ~CBPT the south 310.00~ thereof, measured along the west line o£ said

WHEEEAS, The City PlAnning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Nail in the City of Anaheim, on ~.arch 3, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MIE{ICIPAL CODE, Section 9~00; and
WHEREAS, Said Comm~ssion, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and da%ermine the following facts:
1. The subject property is in the proposed Commercial-Recreamional area and the
motel is in keeping with the uses in the proposed C-R Zone.
2. The granting of the Variance should not be detr{m~utal to other properties in
the area.

;NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEP. EBY GRAJ~TS V~ulIANC~ NO. 926 FOR A 108 UNIT ~IOTEL, SUBJWACT TO:
1. Erection of the buildings and development of the site in conformity with the
plans presented within a zwo-year time limit. The first sta~e of development
vo consist of 24 motel unitsy manager,s apartment, office, lobby, swimming pool,
parking facilities, signs and decorative landscaping.
2. Engineering requirements including dedication and complete improvements of the
required Right-of-way ~ithin a 90 day time limit. Said Ri~ht-of-Way =o be 60
feet measured =~om the centerline of Harbor Blvd.
THE FOREGOING F~SOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day of March,
1958.
