The subject property is in the proposed Commercial-Recreamional area and the motel is in keeping with the uses in the proposed C-R Zone. 2. The first sta~e of development vo consist of 24 motel unitsy manager,s apartment, office, lobby, swimming pool, parking facilities, signs and decorative landscaping. 2. Engineering requirements including dedication and complete improvements of the required Right-of-way ~ithin a 90 day time limit.
