A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAftEIM
DENYING VARIANCE NO. 927,
WHEREAS, The City Pl-nning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lots 1, 2, 4, $, 6, 7 and 8 o£ Tract No. 2688.
Applicant -Hahn Development Co., 219 So. Hawthorne Blvd., Hawthorne, California.
WHERE~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of ;~uaheim, on March 3, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Sectior ~200; and
WHEREAS, Said:Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. That the development of two-story Multiple Pamily ~artments would be detrimental
to the health, safety and general welfare of the ,~ts in the area immediately
east of the subject property.
2. Tha~ the granting of the variance would be detri~ 2n other property in the area.
3. That there is on file a petition bearing 59 signa%u~¢~ and i5 letters to the City
Planning Commission protesting the §ranting of variance No. 927.
NOW, T~NSREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY: PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY DENIES VARI/LNC~ NC. 927 REQUESTING TI{B RE~DVAJ~ OP DEED P~STRICTIONS TO PE~IT
TWO STORY MULTIPI~ FAMILY DEV]~LOPM~NT.
THE FOREGOING HESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day of March,
