Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, SecZion 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, ~md after due considerati~h of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find ~d determine the following facts:
1. These lots are in the southwest corner of Tract No. 1353 and are isolated
from the balance of ~he tract which is R-i, S~-~le Family Residential.

3. The lots are all well over code requirements.
4. The apartments to be built will be of a garden =ype, which should not detract
from the other residential property.
