A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GR3kNTING VARIANCE NO, 930,
WHEREAS, The City Plnnntng Commission of %he Ci~y of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, Co~ty of 0range, State of California, described as follows:
Tentative Tract No. 1353. A portion of the southwes~ quarter of fractional Section
1, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S,B.BL & M., in the City of knaheim.

WHEREAS, The City Plnnning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall inthe City of Anaheim, on March 17, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
W~EREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigationand studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The Huntington Development Corp. proposes to build high-class residences on
the subject property.
2.The proper~y backs up to the Riverside Freeway, which :s somewhat elevated
above the grade of the proposed subdivision.
3~ Depending upon the con, our of the land, the wall will vary from 6 To 9 feet
in order to get the best possible privacy in the rear yards of the lots
backing up to the Preeway.*
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 2HAT THE ANAheIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
