A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from %he Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described:as follows:
Bast side of Buclid Avenue, approximately 150 feet north of Ball Road.
Applicant - Laramore. Construction Co., 1111 Beverly Blvd., Whittier, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City P2~nning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 17, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, SeCtion 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf andafter due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following fac%s:
1. There are 105 lots in Tract No. 1812 located at the northeast corner of
Loara ST. and Ball Rd.
2. These are the first signs requested for this ~rac~.
NOW, THEEEFOEE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAI~EIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
~EREBY GRANTS VARIANC~ NO. 931, SUBJECT TO TP~ NINE CONDITIONS BSTABLISHRD BY
TH~ CITY OOU~IL FOR SU(2{ DIReCTIONAL SIGNS.
