A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMT&ISSION OF THE CITY 0FANA~IN
GRAYLING VARIANCB NO. 932,
WHEREAS, The City Pl-n~tng Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verifie6 Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
North side of Ball Rd. approximately 75 feet wear of Sant~Ama Freeway turnoff
road to Ball Road.
Applicant - Laram~ore Construction Co., llll Beverly Blvd., %Fnittier, Calif.
WHERF~S, The City P]mnuing Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 17, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and inits behalf and afterdue consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find aud determine the following facts:
1. There are 105 lots in Tract No. 1812, located at the northeast corner of
Loara Street and Ball Rd.
2. These are the first signs requested for this tract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANA~IEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
