GRANTING VARIANCe. NO. 933.
WHEP~,~AS, The City Pl-n~ing Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Pe%Itlon from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
All that certain real property situated in the Rancho Los Coyotes, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
The South½ of the I~½ of the S~1 of the SW} of Section 7, T4S, R10W, S.E.B. & M.
~xcePting therefrom all that portion which lies within the ex=erior boundaries of
the ~ast 20 acres of the SW~ of the SW} of said Section.
Also exc=.pting therefrom the East 100 feet of the West 253 feet of the South 192 feet.
Applicant ~ Erich C. Winger, 9001 Lincoln Ave., Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Pl-nning Commission did hold. a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of ~_-heim, on March 17, 1958,: NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given a"'. required by law and %he provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf: and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This poultry ranhh has been established on the subject property fc~ many years.
2. The ranch is screened from Magnolia Ave. by a fence, and buffered on the south
by the applicant's residence and Qn the north by an orange grove. On the east
is a Golf Driving Range.
3. Some 25 acres is owned by the applicant and family a= this corner.
4. The granting of ~he variance should in no way be detrimental to other properties
in the area.
NOW, TMF. REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ABAHEIM CITY P/~ING COM~IS$ION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 933 TO ~NLARG~ 1~ CHICKEN Pj~NCH OPERATION, SUBJ,.CT TO
PR~CTING TH~ ADDITIONAL FACILiTIeS IN ACCORDAMC~ WITH TH~ LAYOUTPRRSENI~D.
