WMEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the 0wner[s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: That portion of the NW} of the NW} of Section 13, T4S, Ri1W, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the ¢it} of Anaheim, county of Orange, state of California, as per map recorded in book 51, page ll of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of said section North 89. 41' 15" ~ast 978.00 feet from the NH corner of said sect~ion; thence South 0° 10· 15" ~ast 1338.43 feet parallel with the west line of said section To a point on the south line of the north ½ of the NW~ of said section, said point being north 89° 37: 30" ~asT 978.00 feet from the' intersection of said south line with the west line of said section; thence South 89° 37' 30" West 141.30' WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Analfeim, on ~arch 17, 1958, NOTICES of which said Public Hearingwere duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. The applicant has been conducting a Real Estate business westerly of the subject property for some ~wo years. 2. The lease of the pre sen~ proper=y has been terminated and the applicant has purchased the subject property. 3, The property has a frontage of 141.30 feet on Lincoln and a depth of 1302 feet. 4.
