A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING C0~ISSION OF THE CITY:0F ANABEIM
GP~NTYNG VARTANC~ NO_
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of ~alifornia, described as follows:
Lots 4, 5, 0 and 7, Tract No. 151, Co£fman Subdivision
Applicant: Palmall Properties, Inc., Cali£ornia Bank Building, Anaheim,
WHEREAS, The City P3-nning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 17, 1958, NOTICES of wkich said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law andthe provisions of theANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE. Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. A Service Station on this corner should be ~ good use £or the land, as there
will be increased t=a££ic on Broadway; and will improve the appearance ~o~ the corner.
2. The parcel is o£ a peculiar shape, which might not be suitable £oz other uses.
3. There are other commercial uses in th~s area.
4. The granting of the variance should not be detrimental to other 9roperties in
the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEL ~AT THE ANAHEI~ CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 935 FOR A SERVICE STATION, SUBJaCT TO THE EKECTION OF
TH~ STATION IN ACCORDANCB WITH' THE PLOT PLAN PP~SENT~D.
THE FOREGOING EESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 17th day of
March,1958.
