WNERF~S, The City Pl-~ing Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: South side of La Palma between Euclid and Mohican. WI~S, The City Plsnning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 17, 1~58, NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said CommiSSiOn, after due lnsDection, investigation and studies madeby itself and in its behalf and after nsideration of all evidence and reports offered a% said Hearing, does finw ~ermine the following facts: 1.
