A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING CO~ISSION OF THE CITY OFANANEIM GRANTING VARIANC~ NO, 938 WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Fe%ition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: Southeastern comer o£ Citron and La Palma Ave. Applicant: George Buccola Inv. Co., 3404 Via Lido, Newport Beach, Calif. WNF~F~.S, The City Pln~ning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on March 17, 1958, NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, does'find and determine the following facts: 1. These are the first signs requasted for Tract No. 2530 located at the southeast corner of Loara St. and Claredge Dr. 2. This tract contains 18 lots. 3. These signs will direct progpective buyers to the tract from L~Palma Ave. NOW, THEREFURE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAt~-IM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION HEREBY GRANTS VARIANC~ NO. 938, SUBJECT TO TH~ NIN~ CONDITIONS ~.STABLISPLRD BY TPL~ CITY COUNCIL FOR SUCH DI~IONAL SIGNS.
