PC 1957-1958-218 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANC]~ NO. 942,
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The w., i85 feet of the S½ of the S½ of the w.½ of the N½ cf the E½ ~f the SE~ of the
SW¼ of Section 14, in T4S, RllW, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim,
as shown, on a map thereof recorded in book 51, pa~e 7, et seq.s Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, and further described as 3210 Teranimar Street.
Applicant: Dan Cobb~ P.O. Box 38, Stanton, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Mai1 in the City of Anaheim, on April 7, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Nearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is a parcel that was left out of Tract No. 28~9 and sides on Western Ave.
2.There are lots .~n~ the area having frontages of 623 feet with the same depth,
namely, 135 feet.
3.There are Deed Restrictions on the property, limiting it ~o single family
residences and having 1400 square feet as the minimum liveable area in the homes.
4. All improvements are in on Teranimar B~ive.
5. The granting of the Variance should not be 'imen~al ~o otherproperties in the area,
NOW, THEEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE .... AHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCB NO. 942, SUBJBCT TO: (TO SPLIT LOT, WAIVER OF LOT WIDTH)
1. The deeding of 25 feet to the City of Anaheim along Western Avenue for s~ree~
widening.
2. The installation of all improvements along Western Avenue as required by the
City P. ngineer.
3. The payment of $25.00 per lot for the acquisition of Park and Recreation sites.
Location: Southwesm cor~er of Western Avenue and Teranimar Drive.
