F-57-58-39 BE APPROVED, a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of cerSm/n real proper~y situated in the City of ~-~eim, County of 0range, State of California, described as follows: The West half of the North h~lf of the N~} of the NE} of Section 14, T4S, S.B.B. & M. Except Western an~ Lincoln Avenue, and further described as the southeast corner of Lincoln and Western Avenues. The applicants, Lincoln and Western, Inc., as Owners, Harr~ S. F- 57-58-39 on the 7th daf of April, , 19 58, NOTICE of which said PuBlic Hearing was duly given as required By law and the provisions of the ANAH~IIi MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 99-00; and W~S, Said Co,-,-ission. after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its beb-lf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings. does find and determine ~he following facts: 1. The subject prop~rt~ was granted a Use Permit for ~ Shopping Center by the County, but only a Service Station was erected as they were not ready to go ahead with the balance of the development at that time. 2. Subsequently this property was -~exe~ ~o =ne Ci~ of A~heim and became R-A, Resident i,~1 Agricultural. 3. The applicant stated that their surveys showed that a Shoppin~ Center at this location was economica/1y feasible and would hrin~ in a good tax revenue to the City of Anaheim. 4. A Super Market ._ua Drug Store would be the nucleous with 15 other stores. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT TRE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0~IISSION F~REBY RECOMIfl~DS TO TH~, CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF AN~WEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION ~-57-58-39 BE APPROVED, SUBJECT TO: -1- 1.
