PC 1957-1958-221 ~w~1%LUTION NO. 221 - SERIES -19=~5S A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING C0A~ISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM GRANTING VARIANCH NO. 939. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The southwest corner of Cerritos and Euclid Avenues. Applicant: Sunny Homes, Inc., p. O. Box 509, Santa A~a~ California. WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on April 7, 1958, NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said CommiSsion, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered a% said Hearing, does find and de%ermine the following fac%s: 1. This is the first si~n requested to advertise' the sale of lots and homes in Tract No. 3147, which conTainS 42 lots. 2. The tract is located on Cerritos Ave. west of Euclid Ave. 3. ~imilar variances have been gr~nted for ~emporar¥ directional signs. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CON~ISSION HEREBY GRANfS VARIANCE NO. 939, SUBJECT TO TH~ 9 CONDITIONS ~STABLISH~D BY ~HH CITY COUNCIL FOR SUCH SIGNS.
