ARESOLSTION OF THE CITY PL. :NING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANC~NO. 940.'
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

Applicant: Carmen Scalzo, 1520 So. Harbor, Anaheim., C~lif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on April 7, 1958, NOTICES of which 'said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission. after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is a parcel of property granted a Variance under No. 611 for a MOtel with
64 units.
2. Sale of the property resulted in 16 units ].eft over, which this applicant could
build and for which h~ was granted a building permit.
3. Ne desired to build a ~otel with 36 units and addition of 20 units at the rear
of the 16 ,mder construction.
4. The property is large.eno~gh.tp aCcomodate these additional 20 units

HEREBY SRANTS VARIANC~ NO. 940 FOR CONSTRUCTION OPANHXPANSIONOP 20 UNITS TO AN
EXI~ING MOTEL, subject to the erection of the 20 additional units in ~c¢ordance
with the plans presented.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 79h day of
