A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY -L~NNING CONNISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANC~ NO. 943.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of %he City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County o~ 0~ange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 11, Tract No, 2571; Northwest corner of Acacia Street and Romneya Drive.
Applicant: Wesley Methodis= Church, 630 N. Los Ange;zs St., ~-u~heim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission didhold a Public Hearing at'the
City Mall in the City of Anaheim, on April 7, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public M~aring were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200: and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. A Variance, No. 722 was granted for the erection of a Methodist Church on
this property, but the time limit on this Variance has expired.
2. There is no reason to believe that as originally granted this church should
not be erected, subject to the original conditions covered in Variance No. 722.
NOW, TMEP~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0~ISSION
HEREBY GRA~S VARIANCH NO. 943, FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ~JRCH,_SUBJBCTTO:
1, The erection of a 6 foot masonry wall along the north property line~ if no
wall exists when constructiou is started.
2. The erection of the buildings in accordance with the plot plan and elevation
presented.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me %his 7th day of
April, 1958.
