A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING C0~NISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO. 944.
WHEREAS, The City Planning CommiSsion of the City of ~buaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 3 of Tract No. 426, in the City of Amaheim, as shown on a map recorded in book
17, :page 45 of ~scellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Califo£nia.
Appl. icmut: Crystal Menzie, 1032 Liberty Lane, Anaheim, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on April 7, 1955, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Sec%ion 9200; and
WNEEEAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The north portion of the applieant's property, consisting of a dwelling, is vacant.
2. A Variance was recently granted for ~ Beauty Parlo= in the South portion.
3. The applicant now desires to operate her Real Bsta~e business from the variant portion.
4. No real est ate signs will be placed on the property except one similar to those used
for Dental offices or similar to that used for the Beauty Parlor.
5. There is ample off-street parking a~ the rear of thc property.
6. The adjoining property owner to the North had no objection to the use provided there*
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS .VARIAj~C~ NO, 944 FOR A RPJbL ~STATH OFFICe, SUBJECT TO L~ITING TH~ ONLY
SIGN TO 16" X 24" PLAC£D IN TH~ FRONT LAWN.
*were no signs such as arc common To most Real ~state offices around the city.
7. Under the above conditions this use should not be ob3ectionable.
