WWK~EAS, The City Pl--ning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a. Verified Petitio~ from the Owner[s) of a cer:ain parcel of real property situated
in the City of An-helm, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
On the south s~te of Ball Road between Brookhurst Street ~nd Nutwood Avenue.

WHEEEAS, The Ci'ty Pl-~ng Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on April 21, 1955, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL .CODE, Section 9200; and

made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of ail evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following fac~s:
