WHEREAS, The 'City Pl-~ning Commission of the City' of Anaheim has received a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: South side ef Katella Avenue, between1 West s/nd Harbor Boulev,xrd. Applicant: Laramore Construction Company', 1111 Beverly Boulevaxd, Whittier, Calif. WgEREAS, The City P~ing Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the C'ty Hall in the City of Anaheim, on · April 21, 1955, NOTICES of which said Public Hearing were duly given as required by' law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in i:ts behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearing, does' find. and determine the following facts: 1.This sign is proposed for a loc~tion', on the south side of Xatella Avenue between West Street and 'Harbo= Boulevard. 2.This is in the area where such signs are ~onsidered uudesizeable and have not been granted.
