WHEREAS, The City Planning Comm~ssion of the City of Anaheim has received a Verified Petitiou from the property owner(s) of certain real propert~ situated in the City of Anaheim, County of 0rauge, State of California, described as follows: The West 141 feet of the Bast 406 feet of the North ½ of the West ½ ~ the N ½ of the N~ of Section 24, T4S, RllW, S.B.B. & M. The applicant, Robert L. Wetzlcr, 929 Spring Street, Anaheim, California, as Owner; Steve Gallagher or Steve Clemry, C~lifornia Bank Building, Az~aheim, California, as Authorized Agents, requeat that the above property be reclassified from R-A: R~SIDPT~rIALAGRICULTUPJ~, to C-1, N~IGHBORHOOD CO~RCIAL. WMEwEAS, The City Pl~mn~ng Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VEEITIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION NO. F-$?-$8-47 on the 21st day of April , 19 $$ , NOTICE of which said Public Nearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after d~e consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts: This parcel together with the Chase -r~AJ.len 6~f~/%~ properties were granted a C-1 classification under No. F--56-57-44, but never was cons~mated due to Chase and Allen declining to meet the conditions estTblished by the Planning Commission and the Ci.ty Council, so that only the corner property was zeclassificfl.
