A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLAITING COMMISSION 017 THE CITY OF ANAHEIM

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a pcint on the North line of Section 13, T4S, EllW, S.B.B. & M., said
point of beg~g being North 89° 41· 15" Hast 332.08 feet from the NW corner of said

WREREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on May 5, 1958, NOTICES of which sai~
PubIic Hearing were dul~ given as required by law an~ the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
W~ERE, AS, Said Commission, after ~ue inspection, investigation-~4 studies
made by itself and in its behalf an~ after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at sai~ Hearing, does fin~ and determine the following facts:
1. The applicant ~arms on this prolmerty and sells the product from a stand on the
highway.
2. The build~x~j he proposes to move on to the property has been used ~or Real Rstate
business on adjoining property for some time.
3. The grant,nE of the variance should no= be detrimental to other properties in the
area.
