WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and a~ter due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1.Variances have been granted for similar directional signs' for Tracts in the
City of Anaheim.
2. This is the first sign request for Tract No. 3024, .located westerly from No.
East Street and northerly of Wilhelm{n~ Street, being the extension of North
Ecsc Street. The tract contains 17 lots.
