Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the AN~IM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself And in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Variances have been granted for similar directional signs for Tracts in the
City of Anaheim.
2. This is the first sign request for Tract No. 2903 located at the Northeast
corner of Ninth Street and Katella Avenue. The tract contains 105 lots.
