WHEREAS, The City Pl~m~ug Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of. Anaheim, on May 19, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearin~ were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAWE. IM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine th~ following facts:
1. This is the fifth sign requested for Tract No. 1812 located at the Northeast
corner of noara St. and Bali .~d. The tract oont~_-:~s 90 lots.
2. This sign would be on the east side of Brookhu~st St., approximately 300 feet
north of Ball Rd.
3. Other signs are at: 1. Sp- corner Lincoln, Harding; 2. N~ corner Ball, Euclid;
3. F6 corner Manchester, Ball; 4. SR co.-~.er, W_-~nut, Katella.
4. It would appear that some limitation shoul~ be plac~d on the number of signs ~llowed for
