WHEREAS, Ihs City Pl-~ning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Am-helm, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The Northwest corner of Peregzime mud South Streets.

Wlfl~REAS, The City Pl-~ning Commission did hold a 'Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the,City of Anaheim. on May 19, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANA%!~IM
MUNICIPAL CODE. Section 9200; and
W~S. Said Commission. after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. These homes will range from 1650-1840 square feet of liveable area.
2. Other variances have been granted for 20 foot setback on similar tracts where there
have been homes with large liveable areas, except on major =treets.
3. The waiver of rear yard requ/mements on Standish Place should allo~, still,
sufficient .yard area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAw~.IM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
