WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of. Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, describe~ au follows:
Ail that certa/n real property situated.in the County of Orange, State of California,
described -s follows: The North ?0 feet of the South 140 feet Of the ~ast 390.$2 feet
of the following described property: Beg~n-ing at a point on .the w. line of. Section
T4S, R10W, $.B.B. & M., 50 chains north of the S2 corner of said section, and running
thence West 8.77 chains~ thence North 11.41 chains; thence ~ast 8.77 chains; ~hence
South 11.41 chains to the point of beginning.

reports offered a~ said Hearing, does find ~d de~ermine ~he following fac~s:
1. There is at present a restaur~t ~d b~ on ~e pro~rty grated by the CO~ty.
2. It ~ proposed to add to the front of the pre~nt bulldog ~. addition hav~g
width of 15 feet ~d a depth of 25 feet.
3. There is no objection to the e~ension of the ~e except that su~e~ension
will l~dlock the 70 by 166 feet at the re~ of the propexty~ ~ich could
used for p~k~g.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANASEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS ,VARIANC~ NO. 970 TO CONSTEUCT AND OPTRATH A R~STAURANT AND COCETAIL
1. A possible revision of plans so that the back portion of the lot will not
be landlocked.
2. The deeding to the 'City .Of Anaheim of 53 feet from the centerline of Brookhurst
Stree~ for street widening.
3. The installation of a sidewa/k on Brookhurst Avenue as required by the City
~ngineer. Other improvements a~e .in on the propertyl.
