City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-57-58-53 on the 19th day of ~iay , 195~ , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAR~IM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200: and
WHEP~EAS, Jaid Com-.{ssion, after due inspection, investigation and studies
=ado ~y itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered a% said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is a lot fronting on ]/. Center St. 61 feet in width with a depth of 139.75
feet' improved with a single family dwelling on the front.
2. The properties across the street are classified as C-1 and a pending' reclassifi-

for income purposes.
4. It is debatable Whether this is the best use for the property. However, the
applicant stated that the d~llings ~sht be moved off at a later date to allow
a more intensive use. The houses to be erected have slab floors, and it is
questionable ~eti~er they could be moved.
