A RE$0LUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GR~ING VARIANCB NO, 976,
WHEREAS.. The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Southeast corner of Buclid and Katella Avenues.
PBTITION]~R: Capitol Outdoor Advertising Corp., 14857 Mmlchester, Buena Park, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on June 2, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is the second sign requested to advertise Tract No. 3147, located on the
south side of Cerritos Avenue, approximately 1200 feet east ct Nutwood St.
The subdivider is Douglas Bdwards, and the tract contains 42 lots.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 976 FOR A T~5~PORA~Y DIRECTIONAL SIGN, SUBJECT TO ~'~
NIN~ CONDITIONS ~.STABLISHW. D BY TI{E CITY COUNCIL FOR SUCH SIGNS.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 2nd day of
