' WHEREAS,- The; 0try Planning Oo~ission of the City of ~etm has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
AIl that certain land ~ituated in the State of California, City of An~eim, County
of Orange, described as follows: Beginn~g at a '¥" on the pavement marking a
point 919.15 feet South 15° 30' Hast along the monumen'ted centerline of South Lemon
Street from a monumen~ mt the intersection of the monumented Centerlines of West
South Street ~nd South Lemon Street in the city of Anaheim, and running ~hence South
74° 17~ 15" West 185.37 feet 'to an old 2 x 2 sta~e; thence Southeasterly, parallel
with said cen~erline of South Lemon Street, 50 feet to the Northwesterly line of
the land described in Certificate of Title No. 2489, issued by~ the Registrar of
Titles of Orange County; thence Northeasterly ~long said last mentioned line
18~.37 feet to said centerline of South Lemon Street; thence Northwesterly along
said een'terline of South Lemon Street, 50 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEP

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on June 2, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAMEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Co~ssion, after due inspection, in~tig~tion and studies
made by itself and in its~half and after due eonsideratio~f all evidence and
reports offered at said He~ring, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The subject property is presently classified as R-2, Two ~amily Residential.
2. The lot is 50 feet, by 154 feet, backing up to an alley.
3. Other variances for single story triplex dwellings have been granted in the
area.
NOW, THERE~g0RE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIN~ COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 978 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A TRIPLBX, SUBJECT TO TITE EREC-
TION OF TI{~ BUILDING IN ACCORDANC]~ WITH TI~ PLANS PRESENT]~D.
