A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIAMCB NO. 980.
WHEREAS, The City Pla[ming Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
1736 and 1740 S. Huclid Avenue.
I~TITIONBR: Fred Schroede~, 12931 Grove Avenue, Garden Grove, Calif.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on June 2, 195.8, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and ti:e provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and de~ermine the following facts:
1. The buildings are set back 52 feet from the new right-of-way line of Buclid Ave.
2. This means that these signs must be back of the '53 feet half street line of
Buclid Avenue.
3. There are four stores in this building, two of which are requesting signs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
