A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING 00MMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING 'VA~"IANCE NO. 981.
WHEREAS, The C'i.t'Y Flanning Commission of the City of Anaheim has roeoived
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of 0range, State of California, described as follows:
Tontative Tract No. 2114. Lo'Ks 2 $, 26 27, and 28; further described as the
Northwest corner Loa~-::tre¢.t and Ball Rd.
PETITIONER: Mira ~lores, Inc., 10503 S. Los Angeles St., Anaheim, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the Cit~ of Anaheim, on June 2, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its b~half and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This variance is requested for d lots in Tract No. 2114 a~ the rear of the property.
2. As ~hese lots are laid out on the subdivision they will h~ve frontages of 64 and
65 feet.
3. Two (Z~ lots will have 19,092 square feet and the other two (2) lots will have
17,~290 square feet.
4~ The balance of the lots in the tract will llave either 9,000 or 9:230 square feet.
$. Ail of these lots will face on dedicated streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VA/IIANCB NO. 981 FOR LOTS 28 to 28 INCLUSIV~ ~OR A WAIVER OM TF~ 70
FOOT FRONTAGE RHQUIRE~NTS OF THE CODE DUB TO THE LARGE NUMBER OF SQUARE PABT IN
HAO] OF T~SB LOTS.
