W~EREAS, 2he City Planning Commission of '~he City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property ow~...er(s) of certain real property situated
in %he City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 22 of Anaheim Investment~Ccmp~ny=s Tract and further described as being the
Northwest corner of Loaza Street and Ball Road.
The applicant, Mira Flores, Inc., 10505 So. Los Angeles Street, Anaheim, California
as Owner, Bunt Lowen, same address, as Authorized Agent, request that the above
property be reclassified from R-A, PoqSIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL to R-B, ~LTIPLE
FAMILY R~SIDENTIAL-
WNEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Auaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-57-58-56 on the 2nd day of June , 1958 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WNEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspe,:tion, investi~-~tion and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
und reporss offered at said Nearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The property is presently classif~d as R-A, Residential A~'riculturs_l.
2. The property directly to the West is classified as C-l, Neighborhood Commercial.
3. One half of the property to the Wasf is presently classified as R-3, Multiple
~amily Residential.
