A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GI~kNTING VARIANCE NO. 986.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner[s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 2, in Block A, A~labeim Villa Tract, as per map recorded in Book 14, at page 44
of ~4iscellaneous Records o£ Los Angeles Court+y, California, and furt~er described
as 918 West Center Street.

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on June 16~ 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determin~ the following facts:
1. The applicant proposes to improve the front of this lot facing on Center Street
with all attractive building.
2. This building will be two stories in height and contain eight (8) business offices
with a total square footage of 2520 for which there would be required 12.6 or 13
parking spaces, and there are available only 9 spaces.
3.There are four (4) spaces required for the apart~,,ent building at the rear of the lot
and it is possible that during business hours these spaces might be available for*
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 986 FOR A WAIVHR OF THB PARJ{ING P~QUIRBMENTS M{O~ 13 ~o 9
SPACES AND T}~E ERHCT. ION OF Tli~ BUILDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH ~i~-IP- PLA~S PR~SEN£P.D.
