WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission o~ '5:. City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in tho City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Oalifornia, described as follows:
Lots 16 and 17, Tr act Number 1607, and further described as 315 and 321 South
West Street.
Applicant: Billy Jones

Anaheim, Califonnia
WHEREA~, 2he City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Bail tn the City of Anaheim, on June 16, 1958, NOTICES of which said
Public Ngaring were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Com'.t?sion, after due inspection, in'~tigation and studies
made by itself and in its "l~nalf and aft, er due consideratio.Y~f all evidence and
roports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The City Council under Reclassification No. P-$6-57-81 stipulated that all lots
facing on West Street should be kept as R-l, Single Fmuily Residential.
2. The applicant has improved with single family residences all the other lots
facin§ on West Street except these two lots~ No. 16 s.nd 17.
3. The applicant proposes to utilize these two lots as one and. have the front of
the lot on Paye Lane~ which would have a frontage of 110 feet on Paye Lane and
depth of 135 fee~ on South West Street, and develop same with a ~ultiple Pamilv
Residence.
4. Protests werelxesented by the residents of South West Street (35) that these two
lots remain as shown and be developed with single fancily dwellings.
