A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
GRANTING VARIANCE NO, 990.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of e certain parcel of real property situa%cd
in the City of Anaheim, ~oun%y of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 1, Tract No. 3248, and further described as 1011 Nor't]] Euclid Avenue.
Applicant: Eu~lJ.d Property ~lanagement, Inc.

~naheim, California
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on June 16, 19~ , NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due conslderstion of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. The applican~ is presently construcking a commercial building on the subjec~
property.
2. One of the lessees who will operate an Italian ~ood Restaurant desires to have
a small cocktail/lbmr in connection with the restaurant, which is a C-2 Use.
3. Other variances have been granted for similar uses in connection with restaurants.
N0~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING C0~ISSION
HEREBY GRANTS VARIANCE NO. 990 ~OR A COCKTAIL BARIN CON~CTION WITH TH~ R~STAURANT
ON Tlt~ SUB3~CT PROPERTY.
