WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
on the property (~escribed as Lot 3 in Block A of
tract No. 530 as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 20, Page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, and further described as
808 North Olive Street. The property is presently
classified R-2, IWOLFAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
Applicant, JOHN BREYER, 808 North Olive, Anaheim, California
WHEREAS, The City Planning Comlission did hold a ~lblio Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on November 17, 1958 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ;~AHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:

2. This would be the first commercial use in the area
except the Market at the corner of North Street
which has been there for many years.
