MUNICIPALCODE, Section 9~00; and

reports offered at said Hearing, does find and dotermine the following facts:
1. ThiswOuld aPpear to ce a suitable use for the property, namely, a Motel.
2. Other variances ha~e caen granted in this area for similar uses
