A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 0P ANAHEIM
REC0~D~NDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F-58-59-33 be ApDro~ed,
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The N½ of the SE~ of the N~ of the S~- of Section 28, T45, RiOW, S.B.B. &
except the South 132.00 ft. thereof, also except the East 370.00 ft. thereof and
further described as West of Loara St. on the extension of Della Lane.
The applicant, Stella G. Brindley, 111710rd Way~ as Owner, C. 3. Brindley as
Authorized Agent, request that the above property be reclassified from
RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULIURAL, to R-l, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL to permit the
property to be cut into four lots, each to be approximately 99 ft. x 115 ft.
and extend and improved Della Lane to the North line of the property.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City cf Anaheim upon said VEEIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 58-59-33 on the 1st day of December , 1958 , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and %he provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9Z00; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after 73~,: ~spection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. A map prepared by the Tri-Engineerin9 Service,
11922 H. Westminister, Garden Grove, California
and a plan of street impzovemen-L~ ~,~pzoved by the
City ]~J~O~XR~{~__~x/R Engineer were presented to the
Commission
2. The applicant proposes to erect homes on these ,
lots well in excess of the code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT RECLASSIFICATION

1. The posting of a bond with the City Engineer for N]LX
all improvemenZs on E~lla Lane.
2. Presentation to the City Council's'proposed
homes
be erected on the lots.
3. The payment of $25.00 per lot for the acquistion of Park
and Recreation sites.
