W~EP~EAS, The City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the 0wn~ (s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of ~u~aheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lying approximately 175 feet north of the Northwest corner of ~est La Palma Avenue
and ~-uclid Avenue.

WI~S, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Nearing at the
City Hall in the City of A~aheim, on July 7, 1958, NOTICES of which said

MUNICIP~.L CODE, Section 9200; and
W~S, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Nearing, does find and determine the following facts:
