A RESOLUTION. OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM Grantino Variance No., 1057
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the City cf Anaheim has received
a Verified Petition from the Owner(s) of a certain: parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 61 of Tract-No, 2242, in'the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 86, Pages 16, 17, and 18, Miscellaneous Maps records of said
Orange County, and further described as 940 Bluejay Lane. The property is
presently classified R-3, MULTIPLE-FAmILY R~SIDENIIAL.
Applicant,~Mrs. P. G;'(Olive) Harlow, 4909 W. 137th Place~ Hawthorne, California.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in'the City of Anaheim, on December 1, 1958 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of the ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said Hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is asin91e family Residence which was used as a Model Home b~ a subdivider.
The lot is presently zoned R-S, MULTIPLE~-FA~ILYRESID~NTIAL.
2. It is located at the NE. corner of Romneya Drive and Robin Street.
3. The area surrounding is now being built up with Multiple residential buildings
as it is presently zoned as R-3, ~ULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.

S.The black topping of the area to be used for off-street parking.
