WHEREAS, The City Pla:ming Commission of tho City of Anaheim has received
a VerifiedPetition from the Owner(s) of a certain parcel of real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange State of California, described as follows:
The Bast } of tl~e North ½ oF the West } of the ~} of the NB} o~ Section 13, T4S,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 51, page 11, Miscellaneous ~aps, records
of said Orange County, and further described as South Side of Broadway, 330 feet
East of Dale.
Thomas Smith, 711 S. Stanton Blvd., Anaheim, California, applicant, requests per-
mission to Waive Minimum R-1 Lot Width Requirement from 70' to 67~.
WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a ~blia Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim, on December 1 1958 NOTICES of which said
Public Hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of tho ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
