WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission of the 0ity of Anaheim h-s received
s Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real property situated
in the City of ~--heim. County of Orange. State o~ California, described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Pl-nning Commission did hold a Public Hearing at the
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- 58_59_3~ on the 1st day of December , 1958 , ~0TICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
A~AHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200;
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies
made bM itself and in its behalf, and after due considora%ion of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find and determine the following facts:
1. This is a small parcel surround~d with R-.A on the East and West and R,1
on the North and facing Ball F~ad on the South.
2.The parcel is too small to reclassify without considerin9 the other
properties in the area.
3. The other properties would request Commercial zoning, if this were approved.
4.. No plans of any kind were presented to show how the property would be developed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ANAP. EIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
HEREBY RECOMMENDS TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM T~AT'RECLASSIFICATION
