a Verified Petition from the property owner(s) of certain real properly situated
in th, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:

WHEREAS, The City Planning Commission did hold a .Public Hearing at the.
City Hall in the City of Anaheim upon said VERIFIED PETITION of RECLASSIFICATION
NO. F- $~-$9-41 on the la& day of December · 1%S , NOTICE of which said
Public Hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of the
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, Section 9200; and
WHEREAS, Said Commission, after due inspection, in~estiga~ion and studies
made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence
and reports offered at said Hearings, does find aid determine the following facts:
1. The subject property is presently classified as R-O, R2~IDI~rlAL $L~L~SAN.
2. ~bjections were ruse4 by the property ouners of ~racts Nos. 1465 an~ i~6
whose properties are also presently clmified a~R--O, RASIDIUi~IAL SI~L~BAN.

would be h/~her than in these two tracts.
